Premium Sound Blocker 3.0 mm aluminum-butyl mat is a heavy-duty, high-performance sound deadening and vibration damping solution for vehicle soundproofing. It is designed especially for camper van, panel van, and motorhome conversions where you want to significantly reduce road noise, body panel resonance, and vibration.

Thanks to its 3.0 mm thick construction, this mat delivers exceptionally high damping performance, making it an excellent choice for large sheet-metal surfaces such as the vehicle floor, roof, doors, and side panels. A polymer-composite reinforced butyl layer combined with a 100 µm aluminum surface creates a durable and effective aluminum-butyl sound insulation mat.

Despite its robust build, the mat remains flexible and easy to form, so installation is fast even on curved surfaces. The extra-strong self-adhesive backing ensures reliable bonding to nearly all surfaces—without separate adhesives, primers, or pre-heating.

Supplied as a single roll—not small pieces. This makes damping large areas much easier: simply cut the exact length you need and cover sections like the van floor or roof with a continuous sheet for cleaner, quicker results.

Sold by the meter. For example, if you order 8 meters, you will receive one full roll (5 m) plus an additional 3 meters cut from a roll. One full roll contains 5 m / 2.5 m² of damping material.
